そうか、会話能力の低さが、個人のスキルを下げている状況が日本の若手の間で起こっているってことか。。。

そのために「質問力」が低下していて、結果としてヒアリング能力が落ちている。

あー。

Hello Takahiro-san,
That is exactly how I felt about intelligent young Japanese people age betw. 18 - 27.
I used to have fun with a lot of them that they are quite studious and GPA’s great.
And yet, they are not comfortable having business-chit-chat…
Why?

Hi!
I'm not sure why they are, but I felt that there are something different between students who study in the US and in Japan.
Some student who live in Japan came to the event in which I participated and they were very shy and had no question to me when they visited our booth. On the other hand, some who live in the US and study in the universities there, are very aggressive to get comments and information. I felt very comfortable the conversation with them because they pitched "very fantastic balls" to me and I enjoyed playing intelligent catch ball. Non-interactive/dialogical education in Japan drive this gap.

先日、関西のセミナーでお会いした院生です。
上記の事、残念ながら当たってると思います。（僕も該当する範囲にあります。。）

確かに日本人の学生はシャイな部分が多くて、うちの授業でも留学生の方がアグレッシブに喋っていたりします・・・。

ただ、シャイだからというのも勿論あるとは思うのですが、考え方の違い（先人の考えを疑ってかかる）もあるんじゃないかなと思ってます。

そこを突き詰めていくと、日本の上下関係や教育の方法となっていくのだとは思うのですが、、良く考えが整理出来てません・・・。

あ、もしかしたら"考えが整理出来ないとボールを投げれない"ってのもあるかもしれません。頭の中で質問内容がまとまってないと口に出せないという、変な完璧主義の様な。

ということは、"考えのプロセスを発言する技術"みたいなものが足りないのかもしれません。
